Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. The Service offers Artist/Band Accounts (free, limited features) and Management Accounts (paid, full access). When you create an organization, you own that organization and its data.

3. Subscriptions and Payment

Management accounts are billed on a monthly or annual subscription basis via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods. If a management account is detached, the organization enters a 14-day grace period before tour data is permanently deleted. Song libraries are never deleted.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to violate any law, infringe intellectual property rights, upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems, attempt to brute-force Artist IDs, scrape data from the Service, or interfere with the Service's operation.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you submit. You grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to provide the Service. AI features (Smart Import, proxy email ingestion) process your content via Anthropic. We do not use your content to train AI models. You are responsible for having rights to content you submit.

6. Sensitive Information

You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from individuals whose sensitive data (passports, emergency contacts) you enter into the Service, and for complying with applicable privacy laws in your jurisdiction.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy governs our collection and use of your information and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its underlying technology are owned by Bus Call. These Terms grant you no rights in our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

Bus Call shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Bus Call from claims arising out of your use of the Service, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Texas, except for injunctive relief claims.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms with 14 days notice before material changes take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
